2.3 Final payment deadlines vary depending on the service or supplier involved.
2.4 Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation policies vary per supplier. We will inform you of the relevant policies at the time of booking.
3.2 Administration fees may apply to any refunds processed.
3.3 Refunds are not guaranteed for services rendered by third-party suppliers.
4. Changes and Amendments
4.1 Changes to bookings may incur additional charges.
4.2 We are not liable for costs resulting from changes beyond our control (e.g., airline schedule changes, weather disruptions).
5. Responsibilities and Liabilities
5.1 Southside Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.
5.2 We are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party providers.
5.3 Travel is undertaken at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure your own health, safety, and travel readiness.
6. Travel Insurance
6.1 We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all clients.
6.2 It is your responsibility to ensure the insurance covers your travel plans.
7. Passports, Visas, and Health
7.1 You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and vaccinations.
7.2 Southside Travel cannot be held liable for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1 We respect your privacy and only collect personal information necessary to facilitate your bookings.
8.2 Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill travel arrangements.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or government actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa (or applicable jurisdiction based on your location), and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
